Terms of payment

The customer can pay the purchase price including ancillary services exclusively by bank card, [PayPal, Sofortüberweisung] or with one of the following credit cards: [Mastercard, Visacard]. The credit card specified shall be charged before the order is sent to the delivery address specified by the Customer or the audio and/or video recordings are provided. Vollpension uses the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption mechanism when transmitting credit card data. The SSL system can be recognized by the fact that the web address (URL) begins with “https” instead of “http” and a closed lock or key symbol appears in the status bar at the bottom of the screen. The customer does not need any special software to use SSL, the common www browsers should support the SSL protocol in all recent versions.

The shipment of the ordered goods or the provision of the audio and/or video recordings to the address specified by the customer will only take place if the purchase price including ancillary services can be debited from the credit card specified by the customer or if a charge has been made to the customer within the scope of the other payment methods.
